How It Works

A thoughtful path
from idea to journey.

Good planning starts with your group, dates and priorities. Compare a curated route or shape a custom journey, then review the itinerary and price before booking.

Proposed planning process. Service details, response times, fees and booking terms are being confirmed.

Five planning steps

From a first thought to a plan you understand.

  1. 01

Share what you have in mind

Note your dates, travelling party, interests, budget and practical needs. It’s fine if you’re still deciding where to go.

  2. 02

    Explore the possibilities

Start with a curated Chongqing route or a custom plan. Compare destinations, pace and optional add-ons.

  3. 03

    Review the proposed trip

Review the itinerary and written AUD quote, including land arrangements, exclusions and optional extras. International flights are separate.

  4. 04

    Confirm before booking

Review the quote’s validity period, deposit, payment and cancellation terms before confirming.

  5. 05

    Prepare for departure

Confirm your hotels, train arrangements, touring services and arrival details. Breakfast is included; allow around ¥150–250 per person per day for lunches and dinners.

Start with a few details.

Note your dates, group and interests in a local outline. Nothing is sent or stored.
